City of Bones By Cassandra Clare

When I found City of Bones I was in the Library and I had no idea what to read. A few weeks ago I had heard friends talking about this couple named Jace and Clary and they said that they were book characters and as a bookworm I immediatly thought I want to read about them. So when I came across the book I kinda grabbed it and ran to the desk.
I agree with everyone that Jace is kind of a jerk but he is a good and funny jerk. When I was reading City of Bones, I was hooked from the first page. The book was like a breze of fresh air because I have read many books about Vampires so to hear about Nephilim who hunt demons and downworlders it was a very good change.
However, when I was reading City of Bones I did find that Cassandra did not describe fully of what was happening in the books. Basically a few of the characters may be in a room and then one left but with a character I had no idea was there.
Overall, I enjoyed this book very much and look forward to reading City of Ashes the sequal.
